Last Updated: September 30, 2026

Pretty in Biz Consulting LLC (“Pretty in Biz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides accounting, bookkeeping, financial strategy, advisory, event financial management, financial education, digital tools, and related business financial services and resources.

This Client Disclaimer explains important distinctions between general information made available by Pretty in Biz and professional services provided through an established client engagement.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL CONTENT

Information provided through the Pretty in Biz website, social media accounts, emails, articles, educational materials, presentations, downloadable resources, or other general communications may discuss accounting, bookkeeping, profitability, cash flow, financial systems, taxes, business operations, event finances, and related topics.

Unless information is specifically provided to you as part of an established professional engagement, it is intended for general informational and educational purposes.

General information cannot account for every business's financial condition, entity structure, records, transactions, contracts, tax circumstances, industry requirements, or other relevant facts.

Accordingly, general Pretty in Biz content should not be treated as individualized professional advice for your particular circumstances.

2. PROFESSIONAL CLIENT SERVICES

When Pretty in Biz is engaged to provide professional services, the nature and scope of those services are determined by the applicable proposal, service agreement, engagement documentation, or other written terms.

Depending on the engagement, Pretty in Biz may provide services such as bookkeeping, bookkeeping cleanup or catch-up, accounting-system setup, financial diagnostics, event financial management, financial analysis, or financial strategy and advisory services.

Recommendations or analyses provided within an active engagement may be based on the client's records, information, circumstances, and agreed scope of work.

Professional services are limited to the scope of the applicable engagement. The existence of a client relationship for one service does not mean Pretty in Biz has been engaged to perform every accounting, tax, financial, legal, or business function.

3. ACCURACY OF CLIENT-PROVIDED INFORMATION

Pretty in Biz relies on information, records, explanations, documents, and system access provided or authorized by clients.

The usefulness and accuracy of financial reports, analyses, calculations, recommendations, and other work may depend on the completeness and accuracy of that underlying information.

Unless specifically included within the scope of an engagement, Pretty in Biz does not independently audit or authenticate every record or representation supplied by a client or third party.

Clients remain responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information and for notifying Pretty in Biz when information previously provided becomes inaccurate or materially changes.

4. ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Accounting records and financial reports describe financial activity based on the information available and the accounting treatment applied.

They do not, by themselves, guarantee profitability, liquidity, financial stability, tax compliance, financing eligibility, or future business performance.

Pretty in Biz may help clients interpret financial information and identify patterns, trends, risks, opportunities, or areas requiring attention. Final business decisions remain the responsibility of the business owner or other authorized decision-maker.

5. TAX INFORMATION

Pretty in Biz may provide accounting information, estimated tax support, financial analysis, or tax-related information when included within the applicable service.

Tax laws, filing requirements, elections, deadlines, and individual circumstances can affect how tax rules apply to a particular person or business.

Unless expressly included in a written engagement, Pretty in Biz is not engaged to prepare tax returns, represent clients before taxing authorities, provide legal tax opinions, or perform other tax services outside the agreed scope.

Clients remain responsible for filing required returns and making required tax payments unless a written engagement specifically assigns a particular responsibility to Pretty in Biz.

When circumstances require services outside Pretty in Biz's scope, clients should consult an appropriately qualified tax professional or attorney.

6. LEGAL MATTERS

Pretty in Biz Consulting LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal services or legal advice.

Information concerning business structures, contracts, financial obligations, compliance matters, taxes, or other subjects that may involve legal considerations is not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney.

Clients and website users should obtain legal advice when appropriate for their circumstances.

7. FORECASTS, BUDGETS, SCENARIOS, AND FINANCIAL MODELS

Pretty in Biz may prepare or provide budgets, forecasts, scenarios, break-even analyses, cash-flow projections, profitability analyses, financial models, pricing analyses, or similar forward-looking information.

These calculations depend on assumptions and information available at the time they are prepared.

Actual results may differ materially because of factors including:

  • Changes in sales or revenue

  • Pricing changes

  • Changes in expenses

  • Customer behavior

  • Vendor or contractor performance

  • Market conditions

  • Operational decisions

  • Timing of receipts or payments

  • Unexpected costs

  • Changes in laws or taxes

  • Events or circumstances outside the control of Pretty in Biz or the client

Forecasts and projections should therefore be understood as planning and decision-support tools rather than guarantees of future performance.

8. EVENT FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Event financial analysis may include revenue planning, expense budgeting, ticket or admission modeling, tables or package revenue, sponsorship revenue, bar arrangements, deposits, vendor obligations, settlement calculations, break-even analysis, and post-event profitability.

Event results depend on numerous factors that may change before, during, or after an event.

These factors may include attendance, ticket mix, pricing, refunds, chargebacks, venue terms, bar arrangements, talent costs, production costs, vendor charges, marketing expenses, sponsorship collections, payment-processing costs, settlement adjustments, and other operational factors.

Pretty in Biz may help clients plan for and analyze these variables but does not guarantee event attendance, revenue, profitability, settlement outcomes, or other event results.

9. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND TOOLS

Pretty in Biz may offer digital products such as spreadsheets, planners, calculators, templates, guides, or other financial tools.

These products are designed to assist with organization, planning, analysis, and decision-making.

Results generated by a digital product depend on the information and assumptions entered by the user. Pretty in Biz cannot verify information entered independently by a purchaser and does not guarantee that a digital tool will reflect every circumstance affecting a particular business or event.

Purchasers are responsible for reviewing their inputs, assumptions, and results before relying on them for business decisions.

Purchasing a digital product does not create a professional client relationship with Pretty in Biz.

10. EVENT PROFITABILITY PLANNER

The Pretty in Biz Event Profitability Planner is a planning and analysis tool designed to help event producers organize anticipated revenue and expenses, model event economics, evaluate scenarios, and understand potential break-even and profitability outcomes.

Calculations generated by the Planner are based on the information and assumptions entered by the user.

Planner outputs are estimates and planning scenarios—not guarantees of ticket sales, revenue, attendance, costs, bar revenue, sponsorship revenue, settlement results, or event profitability.

Users should update their assumptions as event circumstances change and use appropriate professional judgment when making event decisions.

11. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Pretty in Biz does not guarantee any particular:

  • Revenue level

  • Profit level

  • Cash-flow result

  • Tax result or tax savings

  • Reduction in expenses

  • Business growth

  • Financing or funding approval

  • Event attendance

  • Ticket sales

  • Event profitability

  • Business valuation

  • Financial outcome

Business results depend on many factors outside Pretty in Biz's control.

Examples, illustrations, case studies, scenarios, financial models, educational content, or discussions of potential outcomes should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees.

12. THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION AND SYSTEMS

Pretty in Biz may work with information obtained through accounting platforms, banks, payment processors, scheduling platforms, client portals, ticketing systems, point-of-sale systems, vendors, venues, or other third parties.

Pretty in Biz is not responsible for inaccuracies, delays, outages, missing information, unauthorized changes, or other issues originating solely from third-party systems or information sources outside Pretty in Biz's reasonable control.

Where an inconsistency or missing information becomes known, additional information or client action may be required before work can be completed or relied upon.

13. BUSINESS DECISIONS REMAIN WITH THE CLIENT

Pretty in Biz provides financial information, analysis, structure, and professional guidance to support better-informed business decisions.

Pretty in Biz does not operate the client's business or replace the client's responsibility for management decisions.

Clients remain responsible for decisions involving matters such as pricing, hiring, spending, borrowing, investing, entering contracts, selecting vendors, producing events, distributing funds, paying obligations, and implementing business strategies.

14. OTHER GOVERNING TERMS

Use of the Pretty in Biz website, online services, and digital products is also subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Professional client engagements are subject to the applicable proposal, agreement, engagement documentation, or other written terms.

If the terms of a specific professional engagement differ from general website information, the applicable written engagement terms govern that professional service.
