4. Client Responsibilities

- Failure to respond, upload requested documents, or participate does not entitle the client to a refund.
5. Payments, Fees & Refunds
All payments are due as outlined in the applicable invoice, proposal, or checkout page. Refunds are not guaranteed and are generally not provided once work has begun. Discounts, specials, and promotional pricing are final. Any refund decisions are made solely at the discretion of Pretty in Biz Consulting LLC and only in cases of failure on our end.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
