FOR DJS. PROMOTERS. VENUES. EVENT PRODUCERS.

You Don't Know What You Actually Made. We Fix That.

Most accountants have never been to a nightclub. Yours has. Built for the operators who are done surviving their own success and ready to actually own it.

$150 consultation — one hour, full clarity

You're Out Here Running Nights and Still Can't Tell Me What You Actually Made.

You promoted the event, paid the vendors, handled the door, the talent, the last-minute everything. And when it was over you checked your bank account and tried to reverse-engineer what was left.

That's survival mode with a good Instagram.

The worst part, you probably had a good night. The room was packed, the energy was right, people are tagging you. And you still can't tell me if you made money. That's the gap nobody in this industry talks about.

Nobody built a financial system for the way this industry actually operates, multiple payment sources, cash that moves fast, expenses bleeding into your personal account, a tax situation getting messier every year you let it sit. That's not a character flaw. That's an infrastructure gap.

The operators who figure this out stop guessing and start building. That's exactly what we're here for.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Built for the People Who Keep the Night Running

If you make money from nightlife and entertainment, this is for you.

DJs

You're getting paid in cash, Zelle, Venmo, and direct deposit sometimes all in the same week, with no clear picture of what you actually netted after equipment, travel, and promo. We fix that.

Promoters

You're fronting money, collecting at the door, paying out talent, and somehow still not sure if the event made anything. Your events need a real P&L, not a vibe check.

Venue Owners and Managers

Multiple revenue streams, staff, inventory, and a tax situation that compounds every year you don't address it. You need a financial partner who actually understands how venues operate, not one who has to Google it.

Event Producers

Every event is its own financial universe — sponsorships, vendor payments, ticket splits. Without a system you're rebuilding from scratch every single time.

Not Sure Where You Fit?

If you're in the entertainment space and your finances feel like a mess you keep meaning to sort out, book the consultation. We'll figure out together whether we're the right fit.

SERVICES

The Right System Changes Everything

Every client starts with a consultation. From there we scope the right fit based on where you are and what you need.

Monthly Bookkeeping

Starting at $500/month

Your books handled every month, consistently, without you having to think about it. Every transaction categorised, every account reconciled, clean monthly reports so you always know exactly where you stand.

This is the foundation everything else is built on. For most nightlife operators it's the thing that changes everything, because for the first time you're not guessing. You're running your business with a dashboard that actually tells the truth.

Who this is for: DJs, promoters, and small venues who need real financial visibility without the overhead of a full-time hire.

Cleanup and Build

Starting at $1,500

You've been moving fast and the books got left behind. We go back through everything, sort the mess, categorise it correctly, and build you a system that actually works going forward.

Scoped based on complexity and how far back we need to go. $1,500 is the floor, quoted from there based on what we find. Most clients come out the other side saying they wish they'd done it two years earlier.

Who this is for: Entertainers and venue operators who know the books are a mess and are finally ready to fix it properly.

Strategy and Advisory

Starting at $2,500

You've built something real. Now the question is what to do with it. This is where we get into profitability analysis, event pricing strategy, funding readiness, and tax planning specific to how nightlife money actually moves.

Most accountants would hand you a generic report. We hand you a roadmap built around your actual numbers, your actual events, and where you're actually trying to go. This is the tier where operators stop surviving their revenue and start controlling it.

Who this is for: Established nightlife operators ready to stop surviving and start building something that actually compounds.

What Happens When You Finally See Your Numbers Clearly

Meet Your Profit Partner

I've been in this world longer than I've been an accountant.

I was 13 the first time I snuck out to a party. Not because I was reckless, because those rooms were the one place I could just breathe. I grew up navigating systems that weren't built for me, moving states, changing schools, figuring out how to survive situations most people never have to think about. The nightlife was where none of that followed me. It was where I got to just be Kimmoy.

I'm 40 now and I'm still in those rooms. Still the one with the prettiest crew, still having the most fun, still knowing every promoter, every DJ, every venue owner by name. Not because it's networking. Because this is genuinely my world and it always has been.

Which means when a venue owner tells me he's been handing out $50,000 in vendor payments through Zelle and his bank account just got frozen, I don't need him to explain the confusion. I've watched that happen in real time. When a promoter tells me she's selling out every event and still can't figure out where the money went, I already know the answer before she finishes the sentence.

I bring 15 years of accounting and financial operations experience to this work, including two years in public audit and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from FAU. I'm currently working toward my CPA. The credentials matter. But what you can't get from a credential is someone who genuinely understands how money moves in this industry because she's been watching it move, and disappear, her entire life.

Most accountants hand you a report and hope you understand it. I sit down with you, explain what it means, what it's costing you, and what we're going to do about it. Because any accountant can do your books. Not every accountant actually gives a damn whether you make it.

I do. Because I know what it feels like to be inside a system that wasn't designed for you to win. And I know what it feels like when someone finally shows you a way through.

That's what we're building together. Not just clean books. A legacy.

How We Get Started

STEP 01

Book Your Consultation

We start with a conversation. You tell me what's been happening, where things feel unclear, and what you're trying to build. I listen, assess where you are, and tell you exactly which service fits your situation. If you're already on QuickBooks, give me access beforehand and we'll go even deeper. The consultation fee is $150 and it's the last thing you'll pay before knowing exactly what working together looks like.

STEP 02

Share Your Records

However your records look right now, organised, chaotic, or somewhere in between, I've seen it all and I don't judge it. You either add me to your QuickBooks or share what you have and I take it from there. This is where I do my full assessment so I can see the complete picture.

STEP 03

Receive Your Proposal

Within 24 hours of my full assessment you'll have a detailed proposal and contract in your inbox. The scope, the pricing, exactly what we're doing together, all laid out clearly. No surprises, no hidden fees. You review it, you sign it, you make your payment.

STEP 04

Welcome to the Portal

Once payment is made you're added to your client portal within 1 business day and a welcome email with everything you need lands in your inbox. The portal walks you through uploading your documents, completing your intake forms, and getting me everything I need to hit the ground running.

STEP 05

We Get to Work

Once your documents are uploaded we move. I walk you through the timeline, set clear expectations, and tell you exactly what to hear from me and when. From this point forward we're in it together and you can stop carrying this alone.

FAQ

I'm too small for bookkeeping. I only do a few events a month.

The businesses that wait until they're big enough to get their finances in order are the same ones who hit a growth moment with no foundation to scale from, no clean records for funding applications, no accurate numbers for tax time. You don't need to be big to need clarity. You need clarity to get big.

I use Square. Isn't that enough?

Square tracks your transactions. It does not do your bookkeeping. Knowing money came in is not the same as knowing what you made, what you spent, what's deductible, or whether your business is actually profitable. Square is a payment processor. Bookkeeping is the system that tells you what to do with what Square collected.

I'm not ready yet. I want to get more organised first.

I hear this a lot, and I want to be honest with you: getting organised is literally what I do. You don't need to clean up before you come to me any more than you need to tidy your house before the cleaner arrives. If your records are a mess, that's not a reason to wait, that's exactly what Cleanup and Build exists for. Come as you are.

What if I can't afford it right now?

Book the consultation anyway. $150 gives you a complete picture of where you stand, what it's actually costing you to stay disorganised, and exactly what it would take to fix it. Most people leave that call realising the cost of doing nothing is far higher than the cost of getting help. You'll leave knowing. That's worth more than the $150.

How do I know I can trust you with my business finances?

Fair question, and you deserve a straight answer. I hold a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. I have 15 years of accounting experience, including two years in public accounting doing audit work at the corporate level. I've worked inside the financial systems of businesses far larger and more complex than most of my clients will ever be, and I brought that expertise back to build something specifically for this industry.

I'm not someone who figured out bookkeeping last year and decided to charge for it. This is my craft and I've been building it for a long time.

Do you only work with nightlife clients?

Nightlife and entertainment is the primary focus, DJs, promoters, venues, and event producers. That focus is intentional. This industry has a specific financial reality that generic accounting firms don't understand and frankly don't care to. I do. That said, Pretty in Biz does occasionally work with service-based businesses outside the industry on a case by case basis. If you're not sure whether you're a fit, book the consultation and we'll figure it out together.

THE NEXT MOVE

You Already Know Something Isn't Adding Up.

You're out here booking events, running nights, building something real. And you still can't tell me with confidence what you actually made last month.

That's not a you problem. That's a systems problem. And systems problems have solutions.

The consultation is $150. One hour. You'll leave knowing exactly where you stand, what it's costing you to stay where you are, and what it takes to fix it.

The operators who build something that lasts don't wait until it's perfect. They get the right people around them early. This is that moment.

Your business deserves a real financial foundation. You've worked too hard to keep guessing.
